Save the Date for our 2026 Humanitarian Awards Celebration ~ November 5, 2026
In 1963, the Long Beach Branch of the National Conference for Christians and Jews (NCCJ, later CCEJ and now Confluence Rising) began honoring leaders in the community for their commitment to equality and justice. We’re continuing this nearly 65-year-old tradition with a warm and inclusive luncheon at a beautiful oceanside venue. The event raises much-needed funds to support our programs for youth and adults. Mark your calendars and plan to join us!
Confluence Rising invites you to nominate community leaders, groups, organizations and companies who are making a difference in their communities for the awards. Special consideration will be given for nominees with a connection to Confluence Rising (previously CCEJ/NCCJ). Please note: elected officials are not eligible for the awards.
Nomination deadline: Friday, June 5. Awardees will be announced in Summer 2026.
