Our Building Bridges Leadership Academy (BBLA) is a 2-day training for young adults and adult allies (18+ years old and out of high school) who are interested in deepening their social justice knowledge and facilitation skills to support youth. If you want to volunteer with our youth programs, this training is required.

In this training, you will:

• Build community

• Explore Racial Justice and Gender Justice

• Practice dialogue and foundational facilitation skills

Training dates (both days are mandatory):  Friday 9/11 & Saturday 9/12, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Location: Confluence Rising office, Long Beach

Cost: $150.  We offer a “pay what you can” option from $10 - $150 to make this training accessible. We encourage you to be reflective and honest with your access to resources when considering what to pay.
