Led by Confluence Rising's adult education team, participants will reflect on their own conflict styles using Confluence Rising's communication framework. We will explore what can make conflict feel uncomfortable and leave with tools to increase your comfort and ability to engage in healthier conflict with friends, family, peers and colleagues, especially during stressful times.
