Work It Out: Skills and Strategies for Conflict Facilitation
In-Person - Thursday & Friday, October 15, & 16, 2026, 1pm-5pm each day
In this training, participants will explore various levels of interpersonal conflict and learn how to identify common sources of conflict. Participants will expand their capacity to face conflict and to guide their teams and communities through conflict. Through exploring concepts such as Needs-Based Theory and Growth Zone in Conflict, participants will develop a complex framework for understanding and responding to interpersonal conflict. Participants will leave this session with skills such as Active & Reflective Listening and Discernment Skills for Conflict, ready to transform interpersonal conflict in their own teams and communities.
Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion for successfully completing the training.

What is our refund policy?
We will only issue a full refund if you cancel more than 14 business days before the date of your training. We can provide a 50% refund if you cancel between 8-13 business days before the date of your training. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds if you cancel within 7 business days or less than the date of your training.
If you do not communicate with us and do not show up for your training session, we will be unable to issue a refund. If you were to not complete a multiple day training series, please know that you will be charged the full price of the training series.
Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for refunds to process and know that there will be a processing fee for all cancellations.
