In this online training, participants will explore how Restorative Justice values and practices can strengthen existing juvenile diversion programs by providing more impactful ways to build connection with youth, nurture the development of pro-social mindsets, and support young people to take real accountability for harms they cause.
Learn about the key strategies that have enabled Confluence Rising's long-standing Restorative Justice juvenile diversion program to successfully support over 1,000 youth take accountability for harms they caused and move out of the criminal legal system.
Together, we will create a space of learning, reflection, & growth to become better equipped in our roles and a stronger supporter of the youth in our work.
Registration closes 3 business days before the workshop takes place. After that, contact mlopez@confluencerising.org to inquire about openings or to be placed on a waiting list.

What is our refund policy?
We will only issue a full refund if you cancel more than 14 business days before the date of your training. We can provide a 50% refund if you cancel between 8-13 business days before the date of your training. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds if you cancel within 7 business days or less than the date of your training.
If you do not communicate with us and do not show up for your training session, we will be unable to issue a refund. If you were to not complete a multiple day training series, please know that you will be charged the full price of the training series.
Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for refunds to process and know that there will be a processing fee for all cancellations.
